Strawberry Amnesia is bred from crossing Strawberry Cough with Original Amnesia. Although sativa-dominant it is a beautiful plant that is relatively fast-flowering and high-yielding.
Strawberry Amnesia can grow into a large, tall plant when grown outdoors in perfect conditions. It has long thin leaves as is typical of sativa strains although they are rather darker than would be considered the norm. It can do very well indeed indoors but its tendency to stretch a lot during flowering means that it will require either a short veg, period or a lot of space. A good compromise would be to use a SCROG set-up which will help to control height and also maximize its potential yield. This strain also shows very good resistance to both plant pests and high humidity.
Indoor growers should obtain yields of 625 gr/m2 in a flowering period of between 65 – 70 days. Outdoors or in a greenhouse plant will be ready to harvest anytime during the second half of October in the northern hemisphere with yields between 700 – 1100 gr. from each plant.
In terms of aroma the predominant quality is that of strawberries and Haze along with notes of sweet citrus, pine and spices.
