Gushers is a slightly indica dominant hybrid strain (60% Indica/40% Sativa) by crossing the well-known Gelato #41 and Triangle Kush. Gushers delivers a delicious mix of spicy tropical fruits and rich, creamy cookies. The smell is similar, but with herbal overtones and a hint of grape spice. Since Gushers have not been around for very long, breeders’ reviews are rarer than those of some of the more established varieties. Growers should be prepared to collect a lot of colas from the plant and control the bushy, low-growing leaves, as this plant grows horizontally rather than vertically. It takes up to 10 weeks to reach maturity for harvest, which makes it a little late flowering.
Growing Gushers is simple for both experienced and inexperienced growers, and the plant yields 400-450 gr/m2 indoors and 600-800 gr/outdoor plant. The LST technique is recommended by Expert Seeds bank for perfect indoor cultivation because it creates a consistent plane and increases the size of the lower flowers. Our feminized seeds thrive in nutrient-dense soils or hydroponic plants, producing up to 20% more than their conventional counterparts.
Since Gushers are slow-growing and naturally propagated, it is not recommended to use harsh pruning methods and training. Instead, use the “lollipopping” or “Screen of Green” technique, which encourage the plant to direct energy to the upper branches for maximum yields. This results in fewer leaves near the ground and denser buds. Mold, which can spread quickly to bushier varieties such as Gushers, will be easier to control. The plant will thrive if you water it sparingly and keep the humidity low.
