Description
Purple Urkle is an indica-dominant strain (80%) originating from California. It is the result of a selection of a particular Mendocino Purps phenotype. Other than its attractive purple coloration it has a fruity aroma.
When grown indoors Purple Urkle flowers in 55 – 60 days with yields expected to be in the region of 350 – 400 gr/m2. Outdoors in northern latitudes harvest time will be during September with each plant capable of producing between 750 – 1000 gr.
Its sweet taste is reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits and grapes with a fruity Skunk-influenced background note.
