Description
White Runtz FAST is descended from a pheno-type of the Runtz strain that was subsequently bred with an elite OG Auto in order to impart shorter flowering times rather than any auto-flowering characteristic. This fact means it is suitable for cultivation over a wider range of latitudes outdoors. White Runtz FAST is a good strain for novice growers.
White Runtz FAST is 70% indica, 20% ruderalis and 10% sativa. The White Runtz element supplies a low-maintenance plant with a vigorous character and large yields. Its shade leaves are very dark green, and these showcase the ‘whiteness’ of its plentiful resin. Mature plants develop purple buds alongside a full range of autumn colors.
These are hungry plants that need plenty of nutrients and they should also be transplanted early to stop plants becoming root-bound which hinders development and final yields. Highly resistant strain to drought, pests and diseases and ideal for windy, arid climates, helped in the former case by its spherical structure.
Indoors flowering takes 50 – 55 days with yields between 450 – 500 gr/m2. Outdoors in northern latitudes harvest will be late September, with each plant capable of producing as much as 1000 gr. Although branches are thick and robust the weight of the buds means that support/trellising is recommended, especially when grown outdoors where plants can grow to be as tall as 250 cm.
Scents are reminiscent of sweet candy cane with spicy pine and sour citrus notes. Fuel and black pepper undertones add to the mix.
